I don’t make these decisions with logic alone.
I use my head for the numbers, my heart for the people it all affects, my gut for what the data can’t tell me, and AI for the speed and clarity it now makes possible. Most advisors lean on one and call it rigor. The real work is using all four together, and knowing which to trust in each moment. This is the thinking I built into my book and named the Co-Intelligence Leadership Framework, and it’s what guides every engagement: clarity first, then stability, then the foresight to see what’s coming, and the room to expand.
And I never work from above you or around you. I’m a collaborator to my core. I build with your people, not over their heads, because the strategy a team helps shape is the one a team will actually carry. That’s how the work holds long after I’m gone.
