About AVORYZ

Where vision becomes real results

You already know what you want to build. The hard part is the distance between knowing it and watching it happen.

Maybe the vision is clear in your head but falls apart between you and the people meant to carry it out. Maybe your leadership team can’t agree on what matters most, and you can feel that slowing everything down. Maybe a big change effort started strong and quietly stalled. Or maybe you’ve just stepped into a larger role and you’re carrying more than any one person should.

These are the moments people call me.

What I do

I help leaders close the gap between what they’ve decided and what actually gets done.

That means sitting with your team and getting them honest about priorities. It means looking at how your organization really works, not how the org chart says it works, and fixing what’s in the way. And it means staying in the room until the change holds, instead of handing over a deck and walking out.

I don’t watch from the sidelines. I work next to you, and I carry the outcome the way you do.

How I work

I start with the organization you actually have. The aging systems, the politics, the budget that’s smaller than the ambition. I don’t design for a perfect company that doesn’t exist.

I talk straight. I tell you what I see, even when it’s uncomfortable, because that’s the only version of this work worth your time. And I treat the people inside your organization as people, not pieces on a chart. Change is hard on everyone it touches, and I don’t forget that.

The goal is simple: progress that lasts after I’m gone.

A small practice, on purpose

My real commitment is to companies going through big, complicated change, where I can do the most good. Around that, I take on only a few individual executives each year, and only when it won’t pull focus from the companies I’m already serving.

This isn’t about being exclusive. It’s about being present. You can’t really be in the room with someone if you’re spread across too many rooms.

About me

I help leaders through hard, high stakes change. Inside Fortune 500 companies, in regulated industries, and on transformation work running into the billions. I have the credentials, but that’s not the point. What matters is whether the experience is useful to you, right now, with the thing you’re trying to solve.

I understand this work from the inside because I’ve lived it. I’m an entrepreneur. I’ve hit the walls that could have ended things, and learned to turn each one into a stepping stone. That’s why I can sit across from a leader in their hardest stretch and actually understand what they’re carrying.

I’m driven by passion, not pressure. I built my own life on purpose, and now I help others build theirs. All I ask in return is partnership. Bring what you know, stay in it with me, and we make it together. I’m also comfortable with AI and technology, and I use it to make the work lighter. If that’s not your world, I’ll fold it in quietly so you reach your goals faster without becoming a technologist to get there.

Outside the work, I’m an author. I love writing, speaking, and cooking food from every culture I can find. I’ve worked with thousands of people around the world, and it taught me one thing: no matter our religion, color, or race, we cry and smile for the same reasons. At our core, we’re one.

Everyone carries something rare and entirely their own. That’s your diamond. My work, in the end, is helping you mine yours.

Let’s talk

If you’re facing something complicated. A vision that won’t translate, a team that isn’t aligned, a change that needs to happen. A conversation is a good place to start.

Not every conversation turns into working together, and that’s fine. The right work starts with being clear about what you need.
